Possible topics for the first session include rhythms in 4/4, notes in treble clef, notes on the piano, whole steps + half steps, and the major scale.
For notes on the staff we could do Worksheet #2b, you could practice orally w/ Level Up, or work out with an app like Note Rush or Tonesavvy.
